Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't yet received a refund, first check your bank or Paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at vtvv@outlook.fr and send your item to : 22 bis rue Manin, Paris, 75019, France.
Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
